Quality Policy

The management of the company assumes its responsibility in the construction, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and the integrated system, declaring the following basic principles laid down there in:

  • Orientation to clients and other interested parties – we are aware of our responsibility and strive to satisfy to the maximum extent the current and future needs of all our clients, observing the current legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership management – we are aware of our responsibility to maintain working systems. We create appropriate conditions, stimulating the employees of the company for full participation in the quality management processes, as well as manifestation of initiative in the implementation of the activities related to them.
  • Empathy of people – we believe that the most valuable resource of the company are people. We strive to create an atmosphere in which people are motivated, satisfied and fully committed to achieving the company’s goals.
  • Factual approach to decision making – decisions at all levels in the company are based on current and accurate information. The implementation of a working system for communications and management of documented information creates conditions for making the right decisions.
  • Process approach – the products created by the company are the result of interconnected main and additional processes, which are considered and managed as a system, not independently.
  • Mutually beneficial relations with suppliers – based on the principle that to produce high-quality product must invest quality materials, services and equipment, the company chooses for its partners suppliers offering high quality supplies.
  • Improvements for a higher level of quality – through continuous monitoring and analysis of processes in the company and taking effective corrective measures and management aims at continuous quality improvement.

The management of the company annually approves a specific Objectives Plan and ensures that:

  • the organization has the necessary resources to build, maintain and develop a quality management system.
  • takes care that the introduced system functions efficiently and in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard.

Environmental Policy

Assuming its responsibility in the construction, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Environmental Management System (EMS), the management declares the following basic principles, laid down therein:

  • Compliance with the subject of the activity and the impacts on the environment – We are aware of our responsibility and strive to ensure the most accurate identification of the aspects of the environment and the possible risks arising from the activity.
  • Continuous improvement of environmental protection and pollution prevention activities – the main goal of the EMS, which can be achieved through continuous monitoring of processes, reduction of the pollution risk, as well as effective and efficient improvement of EM performance
  • Compliance with current legislation – the company shall apply the current regulations as well as other requirements regarding the environment.
  • Documentation, implementation, and maintenance – the management shall provide documentation, implementation, and maintenance of the EMS.
  • Publicity and empathy of the people – the management announces the policy on EM and the related goals, and strives to create appropriate conditions, stimulating its employees for full participation and initiative in the implementation of activities. The management believes that the most valuable resource of the company is the people. By managing their suitability, motivation and satisfaction, management seeks to create conditions in which people are committed to achieving the company’s goals in terms of EM.
  • Accessibility of the policy – the policy is accessible to every employee, as well as to all external interested third parties and the public, and at any time and upon request it will be made available for review.
  • Process, system, and factual approach – the rules of operation created by the company are the result of interconnected basic and additional processes, which are considered and managed as a system, not independently. Decisions and actions are based on objective data and facts.
  • The management of the company is committed to achieving high quality of its products and services, but not at any cost, but only in strict compliance with all regulatory requirements of the EM and guaranteed environmental protection.

Management is committed to the following commitments:

  • Strict study and observance of the requirements of the legal norms regarding the EM.
  • Reducing the pollution risk with waste from the main activity.
  • Motivation and training of staff in connection with EM.
  • Modernization of the methods for collection, storage, and transport of waste by introducing a system for separate waste collection.

The company management guarantees that:

  • the organization has the necessary resources for building, maintaining, and developing an Environment Management System.
  • it shall take care that the introduced Environmental Management System functions in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001: 2015.

OHS Safety Policy

Assuming its responsibility in the construction, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the OHS Management System, the management declares the following basic principles, laid down therein:

  • Compliance with the nature and scope of risks – We are aware of our responsibility and strive to ensure maximum health and safety at work, through adequate identification of hazards, as well as risk assessment and management in relation to OHS; Continuous improvement – the main goal of the OHS System, which can be achieved by continuous monitoring of the processes, reducing the risk of diseases, accidents and incidents at work, as well as effectively improving the performance of OHS by undertaking appropriate and effective corrective and preventive measures;
  • Observance of the current legislation – the company shall apply the current legislation as well as other requirements regarding OHS.
  • Documentation, implementation, and maintenance – management shall ensure documentation, implementation, and maintenance of all processes.
  • Publicity and empathy of the people – the management announces the OHS Safety Policy and the related goals and strives to create appropriate conditions, stimulating its associates for full participation and initiative in the implementation of the activities. The management believes that the most valuable resource of the company is the people.
  • Accessibility of the policy – the OHS Safety Policy is accessible to every employee, as well as to all external stakeholders, and at any time and upon request it will be provided for acquaintance.
  • Process approach – the healthy and safe working conditions created by the company are the result of the interconnected basic and additional processes, which are considered and managed as a system, and not independently.
  • Factual approach to decision making – the system for communications, management of documents and records on health and safety create a prerequisite for decision-making based on current information.

In connection with the continuous improvement of the healthy and safe working conditions in the company and fulfillment of the existing requirements in this field – we guarantee the achievement of:

  • Maximum satisfaction of the requirements of legal and other norms regarding OHS, in a way that minimizes the risks for all staff, subcontractors, partners, and all other interested third parties.
  • Reduction of the risk’s degree – no jobs and activities with unacceptable risk.

  • Continuous training and raising the qualification of the staff regarding OHS.

The company management guarantees that:

  • shall take care of the implemented OHS Management System to function in accordance with the requirements of ISO 45001.
